About this deal

I also love how comfortable it is - until I tried a Connecta for the first time, I always used to equate padding with comfort. I normally have to have PFA’s all the way out on carriers; with the Beco, I am able to utilize them to achieve better fit for kiddo rather than squeezing out more padding length for me.

The info you send out and the manner in which you present it (funny and real) is so very much appreciated by both me and my husband (I always forward them to him). Since writing this article Connecta have become Integra and the Toddler size has been renamed the "size 2", all of the above in terms of sizing and how the carrier fits is identical between the Connect and the Integra. The last bit of “baby” I had from him was that he still crept into bed with me in the middle of the night for much appreciated snuggles on all sides. Which does mean she struggles to get her arms out, which is always a bit of a source of frustration for her! I was pleasantly surprised with the added details on the Beco: he pouch that snaps on and off, removable and appropriately sized hood, and the carry bag are nice touches.

We think it's perfect for the school run if you have several hands to hold, tired toddlers, supermarket dashes and outdoor adventures. One of the reasons we stopped babywearing was that my son equated being worn in a carrier to missing out on the fun. Both in terms of how old your baby needs to be before they are big enough and in terms of how long they will last for. Yes the carrier is only just about supporting him to mid thigh (and so wouldn't be as comfortable for him over longer periods), it is supporting him right the way up his back to under his armpits so it's still a safe secure carry.

This carrier is the one I reach for daily, it’s comfortable, easy to use and fits both me and my toddler well. Widthwise she is near knee to knee on this setting (but slightly over extended on the next setting up), while the absolute smallest height setting barely allows her to get one arm out! Rachel wants to walk everywhere so having a carrier that folds up small enough to slip into the change bag while we are not wearing it is an absolute boon. We're currently at the stage where everything goes in her mouth, but the fabric is soft and doesn't chafe her sensitive skin. I love the zip-down panel which unveils a cool, breathable mesh fabric for maximum airflow, perfect for the sticky summer months.Betty loves walking-naps and we’re following toddler sleep training book right now (this one: https://www.

The Izmi Toddler carrier is also adjustable and also covers a huge age range from 9 months/1 year ish (or 8kg) through to roughly 4 years old. The Beco Toddler is a generous carrier that allows you too keep carrying your child up until pre-school. We've been using the BabyBjorn Mini, which I love, but now Elodie is getting bigger and taller, I felt we needed something with more space. So we bought the Ergo baby based on the good review, my baby hates it, I guess it was too tight for her and the seat part is not all comfy. Connecta advertise their toddler size as being "suitable from 12kg to 24kg and giving a supportive and comfortable fit for most children from 18 months until around 3.The soft supportive panel is combined with a supportive sturdy waistband and wide softly padded shoulders straps, making it a great option for anyone looking for something supportive and easy to use. It is very simple to use with very few buckles to do up, simply just the waistband and the chest strap. The panel is a fixed size and doesn't adjust or grow with the child, but despite this I do completely agree with the advertised age range.
