Let us introduce ourselves, we are Liam and Jerome Brett and many years ago we had a crazy idea of owning an A Team Van. After a lot of hard work and with help from our family and friends we not only own one but have built one of the best UK replicas – and what a ride it has been! The Van itself is a 1982 G Series Cargo Van with one previous owner from new. We sourced and imported it from Vermont USA. We then spent nearly a year transforming it and bought all the parts needed for this transformation from California, New Jersey, Atlanta and New York State to make the van as genuine as possible.

But what truly sets this A-Team Van model apart is the level of excitement it brings. It's impossible not to feel a rush of nostalgia and admiration for the TV series when you see this van sitting on your shelf, proudly displaying its legendary status. It's a true conversation starter, guaranteed to evoke fond memories and spark enthusiastic discussions. The “A-Team” van – the authentic one used in the 1983-87 television show – was a 1983 GMC Vandura cargo-van. The van is a 1983 G-series customized by Universal Studios Prop Department and replicated faithfully for the first time ever in detailed 1:18 scale diecast metal by Mattel Hot Wheels!We have even starred on the special A Team themed edition of the BBC One Show, on which Mr T was their special guest. He autographed our van which was amazing. The Van and car were displayed at some of the UK’s top arena’s including Earls Court Arena, Birmingham NEC and London Excel on behalf of Memorabilia & Twentieth Century Fox for promotion of the A Team Movie. The A-Team is a group of ex-United States Army Special Forces personnel who work as soldiers of fortune while on the run from the Army after being branded as war criminals for a "crime they didn't commit."

The 1983 Chevrolet GMC Vandura belongs to a series of vans manufactured by General Motors between 1964 and 1995. The Vandura was introduced as a successor to the Greenbrier Sports-Wagon and ended up replacing Chevrolet Suburban's panel configuration too. For over three decades, various model-lines of this stylish van wowed automobile lovers globally. Through the three generations, the GMC van was sold under various model names under the Chevrolet and the GMC brand name. No word on whether HWE will offer the van in a “Super Elite” variant; we’d wager that at some point, other decos will ultimately emerge on this mold set. In the meantime, we’re liking the overall look of this one. Love TV cars? Go ga-ga. The A-Team Van is a Hot Wheels casting which was designed by Manson Cheung and debuted in the 2011 New Models Series. It is based on the 1983 GMC Vandura driven and owned by the character Bosco Albert "B.A." Baracus in The A-Team television series, to which he is highly attached; he is almost exclusively the driver of the van and flies into a rage if the van is ever damaged. The base of early releases reads '83-'84 GMC Panel Van. Only the first release of the casting has referred to it as the A-Team Van; all subsequent releases have named the casting the Custom GMC Panel Van likely due to licensing issues.
