About this deal

I use these for myself and for a quick refresh they smell lovely and leave my very sensitive skin feeling so clean and fresh and soft. They still have more ingredients than I would like for a simple cleansing, but I wouldn’t be using them everyday. However, this was a pleasant surprise if I do intend to bathe baby from his adorable blond head to wiggly toe. While we have taken care in preparing this summary and believe it to be accurate, it is not a substitute for reading the product packaging and label prior to use.

And his skin with his skin issues…well they must be what they claim to be because he didn’t have any reactions or inflamed skin reactions – there were no reactions, redness, irritation or anything. Because I have two girls (ten-weeks-old and two-years-old), bathing them was a juggling act and required a bit of prep to make sure I had all of the required lotions and potions within reach and that I had an extra pair of hands to keep hold of my newborn. I am working on this before he meets his potential future mate, she might be smitten with his hair, but not how he uses it. JOHNSON'S baby products and ingredients are rigorously evaluated in our 5 step safety and quality process. Our hypoallergenic and dermatologist-tested bath wipes for babies contain no parabens, phthalates, alcohol, soap, or dyes.It does seem very mild and I like the bottle it comes in with a pump dispenser rather than some kind of lid. Although I believe that Johnsons has been a trusted brand for many years, I have heard some recent questions over the suitability of their products for babies which makes me a bit wary. A newborn's skin is up to 30% thinner than that of a grown up – so it needs all the care we can give.

However, these are going right in my backpack for in-town emergencies…like the diaper explosions that seem to only happen when you are not at home, and especially when you are nicely dressed or out to dinner. I've also been using this every bathtime for the past three weeks on my newborn and my toddler and neither one has had any sort of skin reaction to it (and my toddler has sensitive skin) - so it definitely is gentle on their skin. I tried very hard to get pictures, but he would not hold still, and I have one hand on a camera and one trying to wash.

He’s wrapped in a towel while I am trying to draw him off quickly and we’re wrestling because he thinks the I think it is the perfect time to top off the final few minutes of torture with a bit more antagonization. The design would be the only thing that lets it down as it's significantly different to other brands - quite boring. But it was softer than a washcloth (a plus for this family’s sensitive skin) and it cleaned without harsh scrubbing, so all-in-all, it was a fine way to wash.
