On the palate, juniper is first detected which is quickly followed by the subtle interplay of citrus, aromatic botanicals, and lightly brushed with hints of peppery Paradise Seed. It is based on the Brecon Special Reserve gin (which won a Master at the 2021 Spirits Business Global Gin Masters) and bottled at 37.
