About this deal

Even after reading the solution online, I realize that I likely would have never solved it on my own. It was only recently, after purchasing my own copy, that I discovered a previously-overlooked door, cleverly concealed, which made reaching the centre possible.

Thirty entertaining, challenging mazes: 3-D constructions, directional arrows, designated stops, and more. People have theorized that the guide is the Minotaur, King Minos, Icarus, Hades, Christopher Manson (the author), God, Satan, a demon, even an umbrella. I understood that the Guide was dropping hints, but sometimes the hint is what the other characters say, and from a story point they are just bumbling through the maze without a clue so I didn't pay as close attention to them. This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. This book is a treasure trove pack filled with loads and loads of fun for kids four and up, I would say up to eight years.

I saw a reference of this in a book I recently read Rouvrir le roman - I think that where I read about it. Each maze is more challenging than the last, from navigating a safe path through icebergs to taking a whirlwind tour of Great Britain. And sometimes you'll recognize what objects in a room reference too, but won't know whether that means to select a door or avoid a door.

Travel across continents, walk the streets of famous cities and explore long-lost lands with this super map-themed maze book. I could easily spend weeks (and probably will) playing with this book, looking for clues, and following paths. This is exactly the kind of activity book I love to give to my nieces and nephews for easter or as part of their gifts. After going through sheets of paper in different coloured pens and mapping out all of the rooms and doorways in a complicated (though satisfying) map, I did eventually discover for myself the shortest route in and out of the maze. Help your child develop confidence while learning important skills with this fun-filled maze activity book! Having read the author’s comment of a 16 steps shortest path I rechecked my procedures and found each step proper and verifiable.

Semi scary like room of darkness, life or death riddle solution, etc but overall appreciate the unique aspects and cool idea of the book even if I was too lazy to solve. I have a serious problem with the hidden door in room 29, it is not verifiable, hence a path between room 29 and room 17 is not verifiable and thus the path is not a legitimate solution. There's opportunity for parents and child interaction, but it also allows the kids to do their own thing. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who loves to get lost in worlds of imagination and has a soft spot for the mysterious.
