This is the first time a whitebait has been available that is gluten free (it has been in about a month now), all others have used a wheat based coating. Why? Well, though I’ve gone through great lengths to ensure all these products are safe for you lovely, beautiful people, you never know when ingredients might change. Please refer to the ingredients list on each label: nuts (and peanuts) will be declared in bold text; however, even where there are no nuts or peanut present, there is a risk of cross-contamination.
