Each week we will be using the hoop to improve your strength and stamina as well as executing beautiful shapes. You will learn how to get into the hoop as well as interesting seats and hangs. The class ends with a good stretch and cool down to improve your suppleness and flexibility. What to wear? Leggings and a top!
