The Tomioka Giyu sword is simply called the Blue Nichirin Blade. This follows the blade color based naming convention that the hashira use for their swords. Though we don’t see how Giyu acquired his sword in the anime the way Tanjirou does, we can assume that the process is the same for him and other hashiras like Shinazugawa Sanemi and Kanroji Mitsuri. 2.
