It caught my attention from first spray, and I couldn't help but feel like this had so much potential.

This fresh, woody fragrance comes in a sleek Issey Miyake branded bottle that will look great as part of any men’s fragrance collection. I like the thought of a sport scent but have not found one that I thought lasted or projected as well as this one. The men's series from Issey Miyake has the classic and charismatic aquatic scent that characterizes Issey Miyake.I think the only time I wouldn't want to smell L'eau d'Issey Pour Homme Sport would be during Winter, when rich, masculine amber and woods scents are preferred. Unlike other citrus summer fragrance that has a sharp citrus acidic scent, this one has a little sweetness that comes from the nutmeg and leather and not from vanilla or tonka beans. I highly recommend this to men who are in sporty field or heading to the gym, some of men aren't blessed to have a good natural musky aroma but this perfume sure saves the day and makes your sweat become drops of sexiness that sure seems like it came off from pours of a greek god. I have two fresh Atelier Colognes, Dior Sauvage, Chanel's Bleu de Chanel Parfum, among other fresh scents but this fragrance is what I reach for 9 out of 10 times in hot days. Because there is no decorative packaging, we can purchase these items for less and pass the savings on to you.

It was at one time one of my favorites and now I can't get the smell of cat urine out of my mind when i smell it.It is a sporty essence that is distinctly Japanese—which has certainly become a signature for the house and its style after the first L'Eau D'Issey. After that, that's when it began taking on a sort of Acqua di Gio vibe for me -which regretfully, kinda disappointed me b/c even tho i really like Acqua di Gio, just TOO many other people and their cousins wear it!

Admittedly it's nothing out of the ordinary, being a rather basic citrus scent with a drydown of vetiver and Virginian cedar.This is made with great quality and natural smelling ingredients, the citrus here does smell realistic it's very similar to terre d'hermes with that slightly dirty citrus smell but it's more natural smelling than terre d'hermes. Got a bottle of this today for my father-in-law, who hinted last Christmas that he is fond of perfume.
