The Event Organiser reserves the right to confiscate the Wristband of any Patron who is removed from events or services for any of the above reasons indefinitely. Patrons attending official Leavers WA activities may be subjected to searches of their property and person by WA Police Force officers. Any prohibited items will be confiscated and may not be returned to the Patron. they consent to images being taken by or on behalf of Leavers WA and understand that they may be identifiable; and a current photo ID in the form of a driver’s licence, passport, proof of age card, or school ID card (with an up-to-date photo). Access to the Leavers Bus Services, Entertainment Zone, BeachFest and associated supported services. My Accommodation booking includes a wristband - can I use this to access the official Leavers events?

Patrons authorise the Event Organiser to obtain medical attention of any type for the Patron at the Patron's cost if an incident occurs and the Patron is unwilling or unable to seek treatment. The Event Organiser may refuse entry to or remove any person from Leavers WA events or activities if that person: No public parking or access will be available at the Leavers Zone. There will be a road closure from 6pm – 1.30am of Vasse-Yallingup Siding Road from Quindalup Siding Road to Chain Avenue, Monday to Thursday of the event

they may be photographed, videoed or otherwise recorded by the Event Organiser or their agents in connection with Leavers WA events and/or services; Patrons who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will not be permitted to access official Leavers WA events or services.

they waive all rights to own, inspect or approve the images or other materials (including any and all intellectual property therein) or their use. The wristband will be pre-paid and guaranteed, meaning it will be there waiting for students to collect any time during collection point opening hours. To collect your Leavers 2023 wristband, you must show an original hard-copy photo ID with a current photo. Photocopies or ID's with outdated photos (e.g. from year 8) will not be accepted. Dunsborough Leavers Wristbands

for a four day pass – exclusive Leavers only access the Zone, Meelup Beachfest and daily transport services between Busselton, Dunsborough and Yallingup)

Wristband collection point' means any location nominated by the WA Police Force where leavers can collect their Wristband. The Event Organiser reserves the right to augment or otherwise vary these Terms and Conditions at any stage. No public parking or access will be available to the Meelup BeachFest on the Wednesday. There will be traffic management in place to turn around non-designated transport. Please use the park-n-rides in Dunsborough Town or the Leavers bus to get to the beach.

The Event Organiser may not be held responsible (in negligence or howsoever) for what happens to any confiscated items.
