Don Gallardo is excited to announce he'll be dropping into The Kingsdown Vaults as part of his Summer UK tour dates.Tickets £6 (plus booking fee) at www.bristolticketshop.co.ukor £8 on the doorThe tour kicks off at Suffolk's Maverick Festival on July 5th & 6th plus shows including London, Bristol and Birmingham, culminating in a performance at Tingestock Festival on July 20th.Don is set to release new EP In The Name of Good Intentions on July 5th in the UK/EU (worldwide August 23rd); featuring British/Nashville songstress Lilly Winwood on vocals, with new original music and a cover. First single from the EP, Shine A Light On Me (out on June 14th) features the effortless blend of the twovocals, showcasing the ease which Don and Lilly, the daughter of Steve Winwood, sound as though they have been singing together for several years. In The Name of Good Intentions is Gallardo’s first release solely produced and engineered on his own and mixed by Dave Coleman.Don Gallardo has called Nashville home for over 11 years now. He has his heart in the East Nashville sound and scene, but his California roots are never far away. Gallardo has weaved his 1970’s Laurel Canyon influences into modern rootsAmericana, while mixing southern and western sounds comfortably.
