My intermediate friends showed me the book I then read the blurb at the back and I started to like what the book was about so I issued the book. But I felt it was very unfair of the government and certain media commentators to tell this type of story about people who seemed pretty scared themselves as far as we could glimpse, and miserable and in danger. Morris is well known to many people through his semi-autobiographical columns in The Age and Sydney Morning Herald magazine, Good Weekend, which he wrote for nine years. He has gained recognition for sparking an interest in AIDS in his controversial novel Two Weeks with the Queen (1990).This BTN video provides background information on refugees in a range of situations and provides images for students to put with the story.

We are given a more complete view of the world in which they live and begin to assess if the author is being fair to the characters or not. The saddest bit is when there in the middle of a football match they find out that the other boat sank and the find out that there in a detention center.
