About this deal

It is not the most sophisticated of the board games but it does not have to be, it works perfectly fine the way it is, and I can't stress enough how much fun the game is. So whilst we didn’t act out the fantasy (like we should have) we banked those to be used another time. Each player goes around the circular playing board 6 times, twice at each of the three levels; ‘intimate’ (pink), ‘passionate’ (purple) and ‘steamy’ (red). Pick up monogamy cards that vary from intimate to steamy and prepare to reconnect with your partner.

Firstly, why not set the mood, turn off your mobiles, light some candles and pour yourselves a drink or two. When you land on the massage parlor, you or your partner gets a massage (the rules dictate where for how long). On the ‘Intimate’ level, it’s usually questions that help you learn more about each other, or softer, romantic tasks designed to help you relax and reconnect. Or even David Attenborough and beef bourguignon, if that’s the way you prefer to spend time with your loved one. If you land on the Food (Strawberry) Square, then dependent on which level you are currently on, you will have to eat something seductively, feed your partner or eat something off them (so it’s a good idea to make sure you have some little nibbles to hand!It was played in a ‘dummy run,’ and we seemed to enjoy the novelty of discovering each other ‘again. The game ends with the winner taking control of their partner by choosing which of the 50 fantasy cards they are going to play – If you both make it that far!

We have it, It is fun and does help you relax - It's not all sex sex sex though if you play the game properly, and if you don't play it properly (we tend to just go through the cards lol) there are cards for the more 'shy' acts which is mainly kissing, massaging etc. Lastly, there’s the erogenous zone – based on a dice roll, you will either have to stroke, kiss or nibble and suck a body part. The first level is gentle things like discussing what you find sexy, then there's doing slightly kinkier and more intimate things, and finally there are cards involving blindfolds, licking intimate places, tying up, role play. In one way we’ve enjoyed it and had lots of fun, and in one way I can only think of it being old-school, a bit too much effort and not what I excepted kind of erotic game. You can still play in it after You actually finished the game bringing sometimes wildest fantasies into your world. A few examples of challenges involve: Lick your partner´s X, surprise your partner with dinner, or try X out. The questions and challenges are of a wide variety and therefore it’s suitable both for new lovers, the one night stand, the married couple, etc.

The game states that it’s suitable for any couple, however a lot of the questions/tasks were gender specific, so we either had to improvise or choose a different card. I’d forgotten the simpler things – and that you don’t need a bucket load of silicone and batteries to have a wonderful time (although don’t get me wrong, I still love my toys). These are special actions you can use in the following days or weeks to maintain the intimate bond once the game is finished. When you land on the Monogamy square, you take a card for what level you are playing and there will be ‘His’ and ‘Hers’ questions or tasks. Rating: Monogamy: A Hot Affair Couples' Board Game was rated 80 out of 100, which means it is very easy to figure out and use.Erogenous zone: Depending on which round, you get to choose between different kind of pleasurable touching from your partner. What it is:The Quality rating is a score that takes into account the quality of the materials used in the toy, how well it was manufactured, the safety, durability and overall quality feel of the toy.
