Once again healing sounds, ceremony and the beautiful plant medicine of cacao join hands to coax you into a deeper experience of your yoga practice than ever before. Using the highest grade ceremonial cacao and the therapeutic instruments of gongs, crystal singing bowls, shamanic drumming and more, the ceremony will lead you on a journey of creating space in the heart centre and sensitivity in the body to facilitate the union of mind, body and spirit. We move through half an hour of asana flow practice, opening to and moving the cacao through our bodies. We then move into our yin yoga which invites the body to ease, the heart to soften and the old stories of the mind to fall away. The practice has then prepared the body to be receptive to the luxurious sound bath savasana for an incredibly deep final resting experience. This month our Peruvian cacao brew will be infused with our native plant teacher herb lavender. Soothing lavender reduces anxiety, blood pressure and lifts the mood and spirit.Tristan Starling is our resident musician and sound healer.
