Though the launch angle is a bit higher, the FX77 has “power lofting” (see specs below) to balance out the trajectory for a nice piercing flight. Longer distance was easy to achieve. Combine that performance with the KBS Tour 90 shafts and I found the FX77 irons to be a very user-friendly distance iron.
