Those are the hardware additions. There's one subtraction that might annoy some users, however: the new console doesn't have a slot for Game Boy Advance games. The DSi also comes with some fun music software built in; Nintendo DSi Sound allows you to record (with the built in mic) up 18 10-second sound bites, adjust the pitch of each clip and add up to four fun effects, such as one that makes you sound as though you're talking through and electric fan. You can then string all the clips together in one long song at the touch of a button. I can see lots of kids having fun with this feature and many parents trying to disable it. Like the camera, sound-editing isn't a particularly compelling reason to buy the DSi.
