Memory Foam: Most lumbar support pillows are made with memory foam because it’s the perfect blend of soft and firm support. You should note, though, that memory foam’s overall firmness changes with the temperature: colder air will make it firmer, and warmer air will make it softer, while room temperature is best for medium support.
