Not only between Phoebe and Bel, who was the epitome of sunshine and butterflies, but also between Phoebe and Myrna, a crotchety eighty-two-year-old former movie star. So much happened at the end, and I think some of these events deserved a little more development- especially with the romance.

With every turn of the page, I found myself immersed in Phoebe's world, feeling her emotions, and cheering her on as she navigated the complexities of love and relationships. You've been warned so I don't wanna hear it 😂 My only 'complaint' with this is there weren't enough scenes between Ren and Phoebe to warrant slanging around the l-word.Phoebe finds herself falling for the city and, despite resisting to confess, she begins to fall in love with the man she's trying to matchmake with another woman. Her sister is a fun character too and I enjoyed the ying and yang of their relationship and then her sister’s neighbour Ren is a great addition to the character line-up.
