About this deal

Wooldridge, J.M. Introductory Econometrics: A Modern Approach (3rd or 4th edition) or something equivalent. You may find it useful to prepare for the Introductory Mathematics and Statistics course by working through Refresher Mathematics for Economics resource. While you do not need to read any particular books for this course, you might need to reference or learn certain techniques during the course of your programme, or to use them in your MSc dissertation. For this purpose you could turn to books such as the following: Angrist, J. and Pischke, J.S. (2014), Mastering Metrics: The Path from Cause to Effect. Princeton University Press.

For some forms of assessment (hand written assignments, art works, laboratory notes, etc.) hard copy submission is appropriate when approved by the Associate Dean (Education). Hard copy submissions must utilise the Assignment Cover Sheet. Please keep a copy of tasks completed for your records. Late SubmissionModule lecturers will provide lectures notes and also further references during the lectures.
