His exploding penguin goons can stand in for Batman's power suit explosives, though only for targets on the ground. Cross the bridge and destroy the silver hammer on the left side. The penguin is in the open area behind it. Booster Gold is located above the hallway leading to the VR Missions. He wants you to dress up as him to increase his fame. Head over to the character customizer and change the Head, Body, and Legs to "Booster Gold...?" You can leave the other options as they are, or change them as well. You can find Bat-Cow in here next to the entrance to the VR Missions area. Speak to him while dressed up in the Cow Hat, Body, and Leg items to start the quest.

Strategy: You have to jump diagonally here, so hopefully you figured out the timing on the last level. Thankfully, there is only one real path through, so you can't really waste time going the "wrong" way. There are 5 pieces scattered across this area. You are specifically looking for filing cabinets.On the left side of the Hall, on the second floor, there is a silver statue in a corner. It is near ???. Destroy the statue to free Adam. There are six new exits from this room. On either side of the door leading to the Control Room are two slideways teleporters. The one to the left leads to the Batcave, and the one to the right heads to the Hall of Justice. (Note that you can reach the Batcave, the Hall of Justice, and the Watchtower from anywhere by pressing and selecting the location from the computer after traveling there once.) From the center of the Hall, go straight into the nook behind the main table. Destroy all the things here to build an electric panel. Interact with it to get the Token. The Batcomputer allows you to access Free Play, just like the Control Room in the Watchtower. Trophy Room

Harley Quinn-Found by the Gotham Funland Entrance terminal in north Gotham. Necessary for the Girl Power achievement. She can stand in for some of Robin's Acrobat Suit abilities, though she can't use ball controls.Strategy: There is a massive hole in the middles of the area, so take care not to fall into it. You can shoot over it, however. Thew new enemy type here is a trip-wire style. Shoot it like all the others. Ivy needs something stinky, so head to the left to find the machine. Interact with the magnetic lever to the left, then step on the red button, and then finally interact with the magnetic shaker on the right. Take the potion to Ivy.
