About this deal

This makes it a great poolside companion or for a BBQ in the park where you need the extra power to pump your tunes loud and far. Rather than fighting physics to see how small they can go, Aiwa chose to take advantage of the available space with the Exos-9 to push some air. I purchased another one that was delivered the day I purchased this one but I forgot to log into my account. Of course as many of you are certainly aware the word portable is no longer used only to describe compact battery powered speakers but rather just about anything you can carry around with you including some quite large wall powered models that feature impressive power outputs and features.

dual-voice coil subwoofer, the Exos-9 delivers amazing stereo sound with deep bass, crisp treble and balanced mids. Moving it to the backyard is easy but if the speaker needs to be carried over a longer distance, the handle’s design may cause you to have to grip tighter, putting undo strain on hand muscles. The result you get here is the best sound you can get as far as the Bluetooth speaker world is concerned. Still, if you’re someone who requires a good amount of battery life from your speaker, this does become a problem, and we’d recommend looking at one of the many other party speakers if you’re looking for something similar but with better battery performance. You should keep in mind that the speaker has a beautiful bass, but also has very good punch and dynamics, and although you won’t be able to ever take it for a trip in the park, you will be able to turn virtually any room into a true dance hall, the volume is really good, and this comes from someone who likes to listen pretty loud. At its release, the connectivity offered from the Exos 9 felt more than par for the course, but it has started to show its age, especially as we’ve seen a multitude of new Bluetooth versions in recent years, which have improved latency and connection distance. This port will accept headphones, digital audio players (DAP), laptops and anything that uses a mini plug for audio.

Though I don’t read about the first review about the aiwa exos 9,I have loved this Bluetooth speaker because of the sound it provides as I have read in the reviews though some where complaining about its sound, for me it will work for me and am soon getting one for myself. PROTECT YOUR PRECIOUS CARGO - IPX4 splash-resistant, dustproof and shockproof - keep your Exos-9 safe while you’re on the move. Furthermore, you have options to use both APT-X Bluetooth as well as an AUX cord, which means that you have access to the best of both worlds, so you don’t have to worry about a lack of inputs. I will be honest here, I have unboxed EXOS 9 and had a lot of fun doing so, but I couldn’t really take any photos, because the speaker itself was really big, and the package was even larger.

The bass is the central element of this speaker, and if you like a large, smooth, deep, full bass, this speaker will give you wet dreams, but if you wanted the most clarity and detail, this won’t do.

Even with the impressive 100dB volume, the Exos 9 still falls a few decibels short of the JBL PartyBox 310 when it comes to measured volume output but does perform better than the JBL Boombox series in this regard. If you’re in the market for a rugged outdoor speaker, no matter what the Aiwa marketing or sponsored reviews may tell you, this isn’t a great idea. The speaker has a special acoustic chamber and there is a bass port on the back, which means that you’re best if you’ll be placing it at least a bit away from your main wall. Aiwa has a simple formula for delivering serious audio equipment without compromise - we have the best acoustic talent, we put our money into the highest quality components and we offer world-class service. We’ve found that you’re more likely to achieve around 5 hours of battery at a higher listening volume.Auxillary input, USB Type-A Port to charge your device(s), and a Micro USB port for software/firmware updates.

They also appreciate the brilliant clarity and the fact that the speakers have a genuine 200 watts of house shaking power. JustAnswer is not intended or designed for EMERGENCY questions which should be directed immediately by telephone or in-person to qualified professionals.

The Exos-9 provides a decently flat response, though I feel like this would make it look flatter: https://youtu. Due to the fact that we’re using a Windows laptop, when you pair a Bluetooth device, the device shows up like a DAC in Windows. What’s more interesting, I saw someone link two Aiwas together and spreading them out 100 feet away from each other.
