I Enjoyed Having Multiple POVs as it gave us a perspective on the way each character and their feelings about their friendship and each other. You can start with some of the other tips on this list that can help draw your attention inward to yourself, such as deep breathing and journaling. It was easy to spend my time thinking about the negative mess I discovered and wonder how it got that way.
