About this deal

Christmas is the time of the year when we transform our homes into a winter wonderland with all the lights, ornaments, garlands, centerpieces, and wreaths. The Christmas cards are blank inside so you can add your own personal message exactly how you like it. It's super simple and there's no need to struggle with fiddly online forms or subscriptions. You can then add your colours in between the whites by just adding a touch of glue to the tip of each die cut and slotting it under the one you have just placed. Splitting the circle into three sections really helps to make sure you place the die cuts evenly.

Whenever I spot a leaf die that has a curve in it, I almost always think “wreath” as I love the way you can play with colours in a wreath arrangement! I have made many of these wreath cards in the past, often with rainbow colours, which are really pretty for all year round. Today however, I specifically wanted to make a Christmas card so I chose a different palette. The Hero Arts Winter Foliage Stamp & Cut XL set has a number of different leaf die cuts in it, one of which is perfect to create a wreath. I thought I would use traditional colours so went for reds and greens interspersed with white. Or for younger children, send our super cute Penguin Huddle Christmas Card. These are perfect for sending to your class, or for getting your children to write and send some of their own cards. To make the Christmas tree fit into the room, it was pruned, and the leftover pieces of greenery were transformed into wreaths.Hello friends, today I have a wreath card to share with you. I am using just one foliage die for my wreath and sharing how simple it is to put this together. Think multiples of three and it all becomes easier to manage! If you like a more traditional card, this Christmas Market Scene Card is ideal for sending a Christmas message. Is it beginning to look a lot like Christmas? Not until the holly is hanging from your own front door – and that’s official. Dunelm’s festive collection of wreaths and garlands is everything you’d expect of this seasonal staple – pretty, high quality and with plenty of choice. Just don’t forget a wreath hanger! If you'd rather something with a modern, bold look this Season's Greetings Bauble Card is brilliant - perfect for standing out on a mantelpiece!

Next I took a Hero Arts Nesting Circle Infinity Die and selected the one that I thought would provide me with the best guideline for placing the leaves. It doesn’t need to be precise, you just need to be able to follow the direction of the circle. I drew a very feint pencil line around around the die, and even erased some of that. So I could barely see any pencil but was able to still see the shape. I then temporarily placed my three white die cuts around the circle, following the shape of the arc. I eyeballed this and once I was happy, I adhered each of them down to my panel using Precision Glue. I only adhered the first bit of the stem and a couple of the first leaves. Plus, if you're getting hand cramp from writing too many Christmas cards you can even print your messages on to the other side of the sheet! Using these printable Christmas cards is a brilliant way to save yourself time and stress before the holidays. There's plenty more where this came from!
