While Cheddar Gorge is the most famous in Somerset (and is well worth visiting!), there’s something immensely special about this gorge which is located so near the city centre. North of that, the coast forms Weston Bay and Sand Bay whose northern tip, Sand Point, marks the lower limit of the Severn Estuary.
