Btw, Xanthan gum is all natural, a chain of sugar molecules (polysaccharide) produced from individual sugar molecules ( glucose and sucrose) via fermentation. So now, you know that Vitamin C is great and all, but it's really unstable and gives cosmetics companies many headaches.
