I liked how this was broken down, the steps / lessons were all ones I was familiar with through my own self development journey but it was nice to see them together and I had some thought provoking moments. I think this book could be eye opening for someone who isn’t familiar at all with self love, gratitude and visualisation but perhaps those who are this book might not offer too much. This is wrong, and its implication is repugnantly unfair when it implies blame for victims. Sometimes the world can be against people, whatever they do, and no matter how hard they try to change their circumstances. This is because the book is wrong. 'Inner' states do not directly cause 'outer' states. So, people cannot be solely responsible for thinking, visualising or manifesting themselves to success. Remember, she already knew a talent agent who helped her get a meeting with Penguin and was probably already well-known at Vogue magazine thanks to her previous “It-girl” status. If Roxie didn’t already have these connections, would the results have been the same? Know your worth. As Nafousi emphasises, before trying to turn your dreams into realities, the art of manifesting starts with feeling worthy. “Work on healing old wounds with self-love and realising that you are deserving of the abundance that the universe has to offer.” Even the smallest daily behaviours contribute towards this. “What you do every day reflects your self-worth, which is the place you manifest from.”

These were abundant throughout the entire book and all were pretty much testimonials to her own work, full of circumstantial evidence that her seven steps system for manifestation actually works.When you start expressing gratitude for all the love and abundance that is already present in your life, you will smoothly attract more love, money, and abundance in your life.
