Though the cover made me think this was again, gonna be silly, it's actually about how Stacey's goo-goo eyed obsession with a lifeguard puts Mary Anne in a tough spot having to babysit 300 kids (or whatever) on her own. Besides all the sun and fun, it's her first visit since her brother, Jeff, moved back to live with their dad. Her favorite jeans are missing, there's no prize in the Crunch-O cereal box, and Boo-Boo the cat won't play with her.
