In my opinion, it is not a day fragrance because it is heavy and warm, but on a snowy cold night, it definitely does the job!

Composed by perfumer Bruno Jovanovic, BOSS THE SCENT Absolute For Him is a sophisticated and captivating Oriental Ambery aftershave fragrance. I think this one smells like makeup bag but it's not necessarily bad thing actually very pleasant aromes start to finish. Spray on pulse points around the body: neck, decolletage, wrists, ankles to increase the longevity of the fragrance. Idk how this doesn't get the same hype cause it's a masterpiece, the sillage and scent trail this leaves is incredible.BOSS THE SCENT Absolute For Her captivates with a richer and more intense interpretation of the original BOSS THE SCENT feminine fragrance. It is presented in a luxury perfume flacon crafted from heavy, faceted glass, set within a metal cage – to capture and contain the rich intensity of an absolutely addictive Eau de Parfum. On paper so generic and boring, on my skin it smells darker with smoke and incense appearing out of nowhere, it seems.

Brimming with rich intensity, this enticing fragrance opens with exquisite honeyed peach to lure the senses into a heart of coffee infused with vanilla and vetiver. I should have bought this one instead of YSL Libre Intense, which I really regret - that one is much more masculine to me, and too strong! In the base, a smooth and feminine Vanilla envelops the more masculine Vetiver to create a magnetic addiction. I see a lot of people complaining about performance, but off my skin this has some of the longest lasting silage of anything in my collection.I really enjoy the opening, it unfolds itself quite nicely after some time but it's nothing spectacular (which is not a bad thing at alll. Once Hugo Boss the Scent Absolute EDP has reached its full dry-down, it can be summarized as a moderate projection, very sweet, Maninka fruit fragrance with some spicy ginger and a mild leathery accord.

This is interspersed by strong spicy (mainly cinammon) and woody (mainly amberwood) undertones that become progressively more pronounced. It is presented in a bottle crafted from heavy, faceted glass, set within a metal cage – to capture and contain the rich intensity of an absolutely addictive masculine Eau de Parfum.I'm glad they added this unique Maninka note as it makes it really different from the other designers out there that either have bergamot, apple or pineapple. I've got HB the scent Absolut this afternoon, one spray on my wrist and 9 hours later I still can smell it very beautiful scent, love it, will come back with more updates later after I give it a proper wearing. Vetiver brings a smoky, virile elegance to the base note of the fragrance, as it dries down and lingers seductively on the skin.
