About this deal

In this five-part series, US happiness expert and positive psychologist Michelle Gielan and British journalist and author Oliver Burkeman explore ways to become truly happier, backed up by scientific evidence. Not only the child finished the book in one go (on a long drive), but also later the book kept me hooked as the story is interesting, hilarious and set in a period setting of Victorian time. The new children's book from number one best-selling author David Walliams - a deliciously daft Tall Story of a child who had everything but still wanted more.

When several members of the ring soon turn up dead, Billy abruptly pulls Kate out, blowing her cover. From number one best-selling children's author David Walliams comes his biggest and most epic adventure yet!

The people around her are nice and some not at all nice, yet this doesn’t bother her as she believes in herself to be the sturdy girl who can face anything. In the absolutely packed Act II, the dark fantasy resumes and the Sandman expands into the French Revolution, ancient Rome, 19th-century San Francisco, eighth-century Baghdad, and beyond. This is a Fine Copy of this Book in Publisher's original cloth in a Fine Dust-Jacket with no chips or tears to the outer edges of the dust-wrapper. I went into this book with a slightly closed mind - I definitely thought that I wouldn't like it because, well, it's a children's book. David began his publishing career at HarperCollins in early 2008 with his debut novel, The Boy in the Dress, followed by Mr Stink in 2009, Billionaire Boy in 2010 and Gangsta Granny in 2011.We also liked that some scenes that are set in darkness or nights are written on darker pages bringing it a different feel.
