About this deal

Set a unique schedule for each smart radiator valve that blends with your household’s lifestyle and varying routines.

but when its on it kicks out so much heat i think it was too powerful from the room but it looks good so a smart TRV which will irk my wife no doubt will help our bill as i am sure it really eats up the combi use. You can tap on a room and edit the schedule or access the room settings, where you can view the battery level for the thermostat, rename it and turn Open Window Detection on or off. rejoin the valve via Settings - Devices - "+" button - radiator valve - twist top to + until led flashes green. From the home screen, you can also view the weather for your location and sunrise and sunset times, too.The behaviour is as you describe - calibration runs for a good few seconds as the motor winds down to find the closed position. Once that is all fine, test the valve opens as you'd expect and hope, both manually by hand (with a short twist to plus) and via the App. and maybe that would use less energy later on when its getting to bed time and the boiler needs to get the room fromm 16C up to 21? Switch your heating on or off from your smartphone app, heat only specific rooms, even if you’re not at home, and utilise self-learning features to ensure your boiler switches on and off once the desired temperature is reached to avoid wasting energy. The Wiser Heat app enables you to control your heating from anywhere in the world via your smartphone.

but now I am thinking- if tell the bedroom to heat up 9-11pm, and the living room 5-10pm etc- will this just mean the boiler is on from 5-11pm? William gotcha - I tend to find i dont need them in the summer, they seem to dry naturally int he warmer air i guess. When I turned it towards + to join it, nothing happened, and it became frustrating as it differs from this video. Initially, we also struggled to get the radiator thermostat in the room furthest from the Heat Hub to remain connected to the system at all times. Note that the radiator thermostats are powered by two AA batteries, which can be easily replaced by removing the cover on the back of the radiator thermostat. This is perfect for our small apartment where we can control the living room and bedroom radiators, and have a hallway thermostat as before.
