Basically, a circuit breaker is necessary to install on every line to protect it from any kind of hazard or disasters. Circuit breakers are manufactured by keeping various features in mind such as; In such high voltage CBs, the interrupting unit is enclosed in a metallic container that is at ground potential. It requires a huge amount of oil or any other insulating medium to isolate the interrupting unit from the grounded container. Where a screw has a hexagonal head with a slot for tightening with a screwdriver and the values in columns II and III are different, the test is made twice, first applying to the hexagonal head the torque specified in column III and then, on another sample, applying the torque specified in column II by means of a screwdriver. If the values in columns II and III are the same, only the test with the screwdriver is made.
RCCB works on the principle of Kirchhoff’s current law, according to which the amount of current entering the circuit must be equal to the amount of current leaving the circuit. It continuously monitors the current in the hot wire & neutral wire. The difference between these two currents is called residual current. Deflecting the arc: In this technique, a magnetic field is created to deflect the arc. it blows out the arc into a section of the circuit breaker called arc chute where it is cooled off & extinguishes. It's not realistic to carry an impact wrench in your car to fix a puncture. It's also not realistic to unscrew a wheel with the crappy spanner supplied in the car manufacturer's toolkit. They're normally so short they need to be jumped up and down on to have any hope of moving anything, which guarantees breakage of something (usually of the spanner.) So carry a nice long bar to be able to apply torque to your wheelnuts at the roadside when you have that puncture
The circuit breaker withstands the fault current momentarily & allows other circuit breakers to resolve the fault. The CB is designed to tolerate a specific range of fault current without damaging its terminals.I don't have an impact wrench, and having broken a few studs using a bar or the tire tool that comes with the car, now I always use a four-way to remove lug nuts. It's not as good as an impact wrench but the upward force on one side helps balance the downward force on the other. I've never broken a stud with a four-way. (I have, though, broken a four-way, be careful.) However, that is not the context of this question. So we should move from the ideal world to real world where most mechanic shops use impact gun. When we need to open to open an over-torqued lug nut, I can think of 3 options to handle the situation: SF6 CB has a closed circuit gas system with no leakage. Therefore, best for any installation in any kind of (extreme) environment.
In axial blast ACB, the air blast flows axially in the same direction as the arc. The air blast lengthens & cools the arc at the same time & also increases the dielectric strength of the medium to prevent the arc from re-striking. Terminals for rated currents up to and including 32 A shall allow the conductors to be connected without special preparation.
