Saturday 4th July 202012pm-6pmPlease register ALL attendees by emailing bookings@moseleyrugby.co.uk or calling 0121 443 3631.Details required are below:Full Name of Each Person AttendingEmail or Phone NumberTime of ArrivalThe bar will be open from 12pm. We will also have food available from the outside hatch serving burgers, hot dogs and chips from 12pm-3pm (may be extended depending on demand). After 3pm there will be the option to order food via the Covered Wagon. Information on this service will be available on the day.We have installed new benches in front of the clubhouse and the grass area behind the Clubhouse will be available for customers wishing to bring blankets or folding chairs to sit on. As always all food & drink must be purchased on site.We have stock but due to range currently offered from suppliers there may be some limited availability on certain products however we do have many of our most popular drinks.All drinks will be served in disposable glasses. All customers are expected to dispose of their own empty disposables in bins provided.The bar will operate one way queuing system as will the toilets. Hand sanitising must be observed on entry and exit of the Clubhouse and of course hand washing must be observed in toilets.There will be an order and pay point at one end of the bar and a collection point at the other. There will be no congregation of customers at the bar.Tables will be provided in the clubhouse, in the event of poor weather. We would encourage customers to stay outside where possible. In the event of poor weather, the clubhouse will have limited availability.All family customers of the same household are also required to keep together in the same area keeping 2 metres apart from other individuals and families. All customers are requested to follow all of the guidelines at all times. Failure to follow these rules will result in the customer being asked to leave. You must not attend if you are feeling unwell, are isolating or are showing any symptoms of Corona-virus.Please note, details gathered for your booking will be kept for 21 days as per Government guidelines.
