Junction Graffiti Art Walks - Old Lock Keeper Cottage - Birmingham

Join us for a special two-hour guided walk along the Digbeth canal where we will take a slow ramble exploring this unique post-industrial landscape found along the waterside. The walk embraces the natural way that the space has evolved over time and focuses on the graffiti and street art found. The walk will look at the different types of curious painted messages, graffiti, and street art found on the canal and nearby streets. Providing a different way to think about and engage with the space. The walk starts at the old Lock Keepers cottage on Belmont Row here we join the Digbeth Branch Canal and walk towards the Grand Union Canal where we exit the canal at Bordesley near the Bordesley railway station. We then walk across the road down Upper Trinity Street to take in some of the areas street art until we reach our final destination at the Custard Factory, Gibb Street.
