It has a lovely aromatic crisp finish of wild strawberry and melon.

To craft Twin Fin, self-taught master distiller Tarquin Leadbetter (of Tarquin’s Gin) has combined his experience of distilling botanicals with his love of experimentation and innovation. The finest Caribbean rums are carefully selected from distilleries across the Caribbean, then blended together with fruits and spices from around the world, in the north Cornwall coast distillery, established in 2012, to produce rich, tropical and refreshing Twin Fin rums.Manquila (15% ABV) is the latest creation from Manchester-based craft distillery Zymurgorium (makers of Realm of the Unicorn and Sweet Violet gin-based liqueurs) to be served at Wetherspoon. We blend the finest Caribbean rums, each carefully selected from outstanding distilleries across the Caribbean and sailed to our distillery on the north Cornwall coast to be blended with fruits and spices from around the world. Zymurgorium (an amalgamation of ‘zymurgy’, meaning the study of scientific brewing, and ‘emporium’) was first set up by Aaron Darke in 2013, in his mum and dad’s garden shed. With new premises and joined by his brother Callum, the pair started to create novel and never-seen-before spirits. Inspired by gold, Au Vodka combines British heritage and luxury ingredients. An ultra-premium British vodka, it is five times distilled and gold filtered for a pure, authentic taste. Malibu is a coconut flavored liqueur, made with Caribbean rum, and possessing an alcohol content by volume of 21.0 % (42 proof). First a secret spice recipe including orange and vanilla is distilled in a flame-fired Cornish copper pot still, then blended with Jamaican pot still rum and a light, column-still rum from the Dominican Republic. Twin Fin is then finished with a touch of Pedro Ximenez sherry for natural balance and rested over charred oak chips for a rich golden warmth. It may not have the depth and character of some of the more “serious” varieties of flavored and spiced rums, but coconut rum holds a revered place in the pantheon of fruity drinks. It's not highly alcoholic, and diluting it even further with soda or fruit juice means it's great for daytime sipping. 4. Can you drink coconut rum by itself? Au Vodka (blue raspberry) (35.2% ABV) combines Au’s multiawardwinning vodka with fresh raspberry, creating a sweet, fruity, unique Infused with naturally sweet mango and fruity passion fruit flavours, for a tart and fruity finish, this pairs well with lemonade or pineapple and cranberry juice. A single serving of rum is considered to be one shot or one jigger. A shot is generally 1.5 ounces or about 42 grams of liquid. There are zero carbs in a single serving of rum and no fiber. This beverage is distilled, so there is no longer any naturally-occurring sugar and usually, there are no added sugars. 4. Why is sugar added to rum?
