The Future Sound Project returns for another night showcasing the best new music.Robyn Gordon- Robyn Gordon is a 22-year-old artist from Birmingham whose thought-provoking lyrics and soulful delivery come with the assured self-belief and deep emotional intelligence of someone to whom it never even occurred to listen to the Top 40 for inspiration.Years spent in and (mainly) out of formal music education encouraged her to discover her own quirks. Since May 2015 he has gigged extensively in Birmingham, London, Norwich and Cambridge, with one of these gigs being a sold out show at the O2 3 in Birmingham with Pretence. Oliver now plays regularly as a solo artist and possesses a catalogue boasting a variety of styles, though the affinity to classic British songwriters is always audible. Inspired by the likes of David Bowie, Arctic Monkeys, John Lennon, The Strokes and The Smiths, Oliver aims to progress as far as possible into the music industry with his heartfelt and resonate pieces. His first single 'Lullabies' was released in May 2017, and his second single 'Sirens' in October of the same year. This was followed by 'Jumpers for Goalposts' which received is considered his most grandiose release to date.
