When you enter multiple types of Calendar items for the same agent on the same day, WFM uses its internal hierarchy to resolve their status:

The request, with the same status and reason, will appear in the WFM Calendar, where supervisors can see it. The industry standard for “Off Limits” is two years. This means that as long as a retained recruitment firm is working for a customer the recruitment firm will not attempt to lure any employee away from that customer for a period of two years from the completion date of the latest assignment. Of course, if a second, (or more), assignment is received during that two years then the “off limits” boundary is extended as appropriate. An agent can create, edit, delete, or recall time-off requests only for those types correspond to a time-off rule that is assigned to that agent. Therefore, an agent might be able to view time-off types corresponding to time-off rules are no longer assigned to him or her. The agent can see these “old” time-off types, but he or she cannot interact with them. They appear below the Others legend in the combo box. It was exactly what I needed to read.It feels and looks like a really cute book, but somehow I found it annoying at times... even so much I decided to use my e-reader notes to underline and comment all the things that got on my nerves. The heroine is a single mother, and apparently, because of her one bad decision, she is totally hopeless when it comes to men and relationships. She is negative about everything...her body, her job, her decision making, everything. And a man like the hero COULD NEVER WANT HERRRRR. Ofc, in this fantasy book world, the hero takes one look at her and is instantly spouting lines about how she's SO DIFFERENT. I swear. I nearly barfed. What's worse, is that she at one point spouts some BS line about not needing a man. BUT the hero corrects her, and tells her that...yes, yes she does, because she has no self-esteem. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 THERE WERE TIMES WHEN I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE SHIT IN THIS BOOK. So the book is about a single mother, who meets her brother’s friend (who basically looks like a god and she can’t control herself around him at all) and then they start liking each other and don’t hook up because, get this - her brother doesn’t approve. And then it just goes on from there. She’s quirky, he’s devilishly handsome and wonderful with her son. She’s a cute insecure girl and he’s a womaniser (but not really, because women throw herself to him, because he’s so handsome you know 🙄). Time-off types are probably the simpler of the two objects, because each one is simply a container. You add time off to, or remove time off from, each container. You can create and arbitrarily name an unlimited number of time-off types.
