Most other DVD's I have are fine but I do have a couple of others that were fine and suddenly they get frozen. The boys once again rested many laughs and smiles along with wonderful songs in perfect settings such as "Ticket to Ride" whilst skiing in the alps, "Another Girl" while on holiday in the Bohamas, and "You've Got To Hide Your Love Away" in their home which I full of vending machine, an organ that rises from the floor, and a garden indoors. Some like the fullscreen edition and think it represents the director’s intentions, while others feel the same way about the widescreen ratio.

At times it veers more into Beatles worship territory than actual documentation, but it reveals enough useful details about the flick to justify its existence. My luck being rather poor, we experienced a massive hail storm midway through Let It Be and they had to stop the film for a while. The Beatles have never been as good on film as they were here, supported by an excellent cast (Oh, Elanor Bron). The program looks at the genesis of the story and script, the Beatles involvement and acting, additional casting, dealing with Beatlemania, sets and locations, Lester’s interaction with the Beatles, drug use during the production, cinematography, musical numbers, some shoot specifics, costumes, and general thoughts. Not a great movie by any means, but contains a few genuinely funny moments and some unintended slices of what life was like back in the 1960s.
