Our event is now sold out. Thanks to everyone who bought tickets and commiserations if you were too late. Have you ever wondered what happens in the Ulster Museum at night? Is it just an ordinary Museum? Or is something more going on? Moving Pictures are delighted to present our third Night at the Museum, rated as one of the top 10 events for kids in NI, to give you a chance to find out..Our night will begin ordinarily enough, with a 45 minute lighted tour of the treasures of the Museum, including an artefact recently introduced to the Museum, the golden tablet of the Pharaoh Ak Men Rah, rumoured to have a hidden power....At 9.15pm, the Night at the Museum film will be shown in the Museum’s cinema theatre. Then, when the film ends, the clock strikes eleven, and the lights go out, maybe, just maybe, the Museum might come to life...KEY INFORMATION• The event is aimed at primary school children between 6 and 12 years of age, who must be accompanied by an adult. Each guest must purchase a ticket through the link above (tickets are required for both parents and children). • The event starts at 7.30pm on Friday 24 November 2017 and ends 12.30am on Saturday 25 November 2017, for those not staying for the night, or 9am on the Saturday for those staying over.• All guests must bring their own torch for the midnight tour of the Museum.• One free bag of sweets or chocolate bar will be provided for all children for the cinema event only, with free tea and coffee for the adults in between, as well as a light buffet breakfast, provided by the guys at Yellow Door, for those staying over.• Otherwise, sweets and fizzy drinks will be available to buy, at reasonable prices, prior to the Cinema part of the night.• Participants staying overnight will sleep in the Welcome Area designated by Museum staff, and must bring their own snacks, airbed or carry mat and sleeping bag. • Terms and conditions apply.• Please note that this event is being organised by Moving Pictures Events Ltd at the Ulster Museum, but is not an Ulster Museum event.
