This class will take you on a tour of the top curries from around the world.This session will guide through making a selection of the following well known curry dishes from a Jalfrezi, a Madras, Bhuna or even a Rogan Josh Curry dish. Using seasonal vegetables and a selection of meat including chicken and lamb. Our chef will help you discover a range of spices to broaden your pallet. As well as teach you how to cook and prepare the rice to accompany all dishes along with naan bread. This class lasts approximately 4 hours, plenty of time to cook then sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery school apron and recipes to take home.
