On Thursday 23rd May at 6pm the School of Law will launch a new artwork installation as part of its ongoing Athena SWAN work. The work is titled 'Women in Law: It's Hard to Be What You Can't See'. This installation celebrates and makes visible women who have forged a path in law, featuring their reflections on their past journey, as well as some of our current female students in the School, featuring their aspirations for the future. The event will include some short words from the commissioned artist, Susie Rea, and Queen's Gender Initiative Director, Professor Karen McCloskey. A drinks reception will be provided.
