Learn how to make the most of entertaining with this session on preparing the best meat and fish. You will cook off your own steak and make a selection of sauces to accompany your steak. Alongside this you will cook some fresh shellfish, including scallops and prawns and (if available) we’ll include some lobster. You will get lots of hints and tips to ensure you can replicate this time and time again at home. This is a great class for people who would like a little inspiration for their next special occasion. This class lasts approximately 3 hours on a Wednesday, including time to sit down and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a cookery school apron and recipes to take home.
