It was 1 or 2 years later when I got this perfume for Christmas from him because I complemented him a lot of times when wearing it.

Though I am always too keen on trying something new and not repurchasing, this is one of the favorite perfumes I ever had, even though it really leans a bit young and I have moved on to more mature scents. I would say this is underrated, might be somewhat generic and simple but at the same time it smells amazing. The fragrance has a light musky and ambery not, both add a faint touch but nothing overly noticeable. Was interested to smell this because I've been looking for a melon/watermelon fresh scent for a long time.

I know it is not mentioned in the note breakdowns but there is a very salty accord in this fragrance that I wish was more subtle. The melon, tonic water, and gin are the opening most prominent notes, the melon takes the lead, with its fresh, fruity, sweet, and slightly aquatic accords. Are there any fragrances that are very similar to this scent-wise or any fragrances that are a great layering combo with First Instinct to make it last longer or that will blend well together? Longevity is moderate, sillage is within personal space dry down is too sweet and fruity for me considering it is summer scent. Performance not the greatest, hence the only time I'd see myself wearing this is cuddling up with a girl, watching movies or just indoors 1on1, wouldn't wear ir on any other circumstance.

Happens I was not blown away with any of them 2, so I proceeded to test the boring looking bottle of first instict but I got interested by looking at the deep brown liquid inside and so it happened I was so blown away by sexines and spicyness by this scent. water/eau (aqua), fragrance/parfum, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, ethylhexyl salicylate, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, ext.The opening you get a lot of the melon but in the dry down the suede really comes out and gives it a more masculine feel. I hesitated between the original and the Together flanker, i bought this one after reading about this melon note which sounded nice.

As soon as I sprayed it, it reminded me of a stronger and younger take on Carolina Herrera Chic for men. Performance: 7/10 I get good performance, projects moderate-slightly strong for first 3 hours then slowly fades away, this will stay forever on your clothes though. All that Abercrombie musk DNA but with a new tropical twist - the entire fragrance has an effervescence style to it, bubbly and fizzy.The musk and suede notes in the dry down are incredibly attractive and manly, making it the perfect everyday scent for spring and summer.
