About this deal

It has an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating. That rating means that it can survive being submerged into at least 3.3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. It also means that it has the best possible protection against solids such as harmful dust or dirt. When working with Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable cells, please be cautious and carefully use as they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled. Please make sure that you have great knowledge on all rechargeable batteries before you use them. Always charge batteries at the clean and fire-proof surface. Never leave charging batteries unattended. If you see that there are visible damages on the batteries, please do not use. Always keep, store and transport the rechargeable cells in a safe, non-conductive container in a controlled environment

I really enjoyed the X2 0.3Ω coil that I had with the Aegis Solo Kit, they perform extremely well, flavour is ace, and at around 40w they were a lovely vape. The screen itself is full colour, bright and vivid. It’s a really nice screen which is easy to read, even in sunlight.

Although the manual touches on the menu settings, it’s a bit vague to say the least and it didn’t come all that easy to me. I would recommend before first use having a good play with the different menus before you fit the tank. Geekvape Aegis X Kit is equipped with a 2.4 inch OLED screen for ease of visibility and access to the various features. These include TC, TCR and VPC bypass mode and can all be easily accessed from the clear menu system.

And now with the Aegis X, the chipset has been upgraded again to the new AS 2.0. Geekvape says it’s even faster, more accurate, more stable, and has even more precise temperature control. I have no way to test those claims, but I believe them. This chip is amazing. The sliding latch battery door is same as in the Aegis Legend. Once the batteries are in you have to jam it shut, making sure the latch is secure. Not a big fan of it personally, but it’s better than having doors to unscrew. Since it’s an IP67-rated mod, they can’t do the magnetic side door, so this design makes sense. The build quality is what has become expected of the Aegis line. Rugged and durable, yet it still manages to be stylish too.The Geekvape Aegis X kit comes with several accessories that are essential to the device’s operation. As an index finger firer, it’s just as comfortable though. So no matter how you hold your mod, as long as you can appreciate this is a dual 18650 ‘Indestructible Mod you’re going to enjoy its feel. The X1 coil recommends vaping at 60-80w. I found at around 75 watts, with the airflow halfway open, I get the best mix of a nice slightly warm, every so slightly restrictive vape.
