It's very common for manufacturers to be generous about the number of people they say can fit inside their tents. The number they give will be technically true, but it probably won't account for the space needed for campers' belongings, or the space people need for a comfortable night's sleep. The tent is not freestanding, so you have to stake it to the ground properly. The inner tent material is what they call a darkened bedroom, so this puts it in the group of dark rest tents.

Most tents have thin, collapsible poles made from fibreglass. They often fold up into a compact size and are connected by an elastic cord. They're usually flexible and will need to be bent to fit the shape of the tent canvas during pitching.The fabric: The shell fabric is a polyester with a 4000 mm waterproof rating. The seams are taped. They do not provide information about the floor material, but note that it is fully sewn-in and sealed.The inner tent has yet another extra floor. The floor is fully waterproof, taped, and sewn-in so you have a complete protection from all sides. Here you have a typical example of a tunnel tent, with a huge area for 6 people, with 3 separate rooms. These include a large living area plus two sleeping units. They claim to provide an easy way for you to plan where you're going to place your tent without having to pitch it fully, and provide an extra layer of waterproofing and insulation from the ground below. Tents with rigid poles made of stainless steel or aluminium are for building a rigid frame that will keep your tent sturdy in the wind. They can be heavier and more cumbersome to pitch, though.

This tent is designed for areas with lots of rain, there is no mesh in its structure, the windows are a solid translucent material, so I would not use it in warm areas. This is for a cooler environment. The inner sleeping area is what they call the darkened bedroom, so glare is reduced and you can sleep longer in the morning.The picture also shows multiple storage pouches on the wall of the inner tent. Note that each of the bedrooms have several more pouches on the sides. The materials Large lounge (270cm x 380cm) offers a spacious area to spread out with 2 large windows on either side, 1 doubles up as a door. Regarding the area, the tent is officially for 6 people. For this it offers no less than 202 ft² (18.8 m²). This means 33.4 ft² (3.1 m²) per person, so you have a generous space indeed.
