The limited size of the rotating drum (10 darts) is a little disappointing, but as far as NERF shotguns go, this is a real winner (and it looks the part too! Once you’re fully loaded, all you need to do is pull back the priming handle before you can start shooting down those pesky Spartans. This is truly a must-have for any HALO or NERF fan – the absolute pinnacle of the blasting experience.Note that it's not a very accurate blaster and has a slow rate of fire, so it personally wouldn't be my weapon of choice for any showdowns, but it is definitely a Nerf that I would show off on its display stand when I'm not playing around with it. Now 20 years later, we can finally realize a long-dormant dream – blasting our friends with HALO NERF guns! There is something special about seeing the HALO MA40 rendered in its full NERF glory, and as blasters go, it’s not too shabby either.
